Art People takes keeping your privacy seriously. We use the information you
provide to process your request/order only.
Your credit card information is provided to our Internet payment gateway service
in order for you to pay for your order and for your credit card to be charged
accordingly.
Your address is provided to the shipping company (UPS, USPS or FedEx) for them
to deliver your ordered goods.
If you send us feedback in any form (e.g. email, Postal Mail, Phone, comments with
an order, etc.) where you give us a testimonial about our products, we reserve the
right to use your first name, last initial, & state of residence to quote you on our
web site, product packaging, promotional materials, media reviews, etc. We
reserve the right to correct any spelling or change any inappropriate language. If
you do not want to be quoted, then you must request “do not quote me” in with the
same message and at the same time as your testimonial.
Disclosure exceptions:
Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal
information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we
believe that such action is necessary: to comply with legal process such as a search
warrant, subpoena or court order; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of
our website and/or Art People rights and property; or during emergencies, such
as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk.
Other than these exceptions, we do not share, sell, or give your personal
information to anyone, any company, any corporation, nor any entity for any reason
without your further permission. We promise! This policy & terms of use are
governed by the law of the State of Washington.

Terms & Conditions
I hereby authorize Art People to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card
in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I
acknowledge I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount. By
submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all
requested payments, and agree that Art People is not liable for any overdraft or
insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges,
late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to
pay the payment amount I indicated. I understand that an online payment will be
processed and credited to my account within two business days.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be shipped, most orders ship within 3 days.
We ship all our products with tracking. If the merchandise arrives damaged, we
will work with you and the shipper to fix the problem.
